Diamond City Productions is a company of professional and semi-professional theatre artists; an African-American based multi-ethnic theatrical production company dedicated to serving the city of Pittsburg and the greater Bay Area, its youth and underserved communities by mentoring emerging talent, encouraging professionals and developing new works of theatre that help redefine our current cultural landscape.
Our mission is to create a professional company of theatre artists who work collaboratively with artists, writers, scholars, historians and community members to challenge, extend and redefine theatre as a story telling medium.
